General Policies

At Musart Salon we value your time as well as your stylist’s; our appointment and cancellation policies are a reflection of our dedication to honor your time.

As a new guest, we require a non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve an appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service on your appointment date. In the event of a same day cancellation or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to place another deposit to rebook your appointment.

We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. No-shows and day-of cancellations will incur a $50 non-refundable fee.

Appointments on Mondays that need to be rescheduled/cancelled must be done during our hours of operation, which are Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM.

We request that all our guests arrive 15 minutes early.

Upon late arrival, you may forfeit part or all of your service. One tardy appointment can put a stylist’s entire day behind; punctuality is important to honor your stylist’s time and help them honor their future guests’ time.

Redo Policy

At Musart Salon we strive to create the ideal look for each guest and take pride in our work and services. We do our best with thorough consultations and technical excellence to ensure that you will receive what you are expecting. Many times, a desired look is a journey and only achievable with multiple services and visits.

If you are unsatisfied or have any questions or concerns about the services you have received, please notify us within 1 week of services. We must see your hair to determine if the dissatisfaction is an error on our part so we can move forward with getting your hair where we want it.

Child Policy:

We appreciate your understanding regarding our policy on bringing children and additional guests to your appointment. For safety reasons and due to space limitations, we kindly request that you come alone. If you are unable to secure childcare for your appointment, we ask that you reschedule your visit at least 48 hours in advance. This policy is in place to ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests and to prioritize the safety of your children.

Clean Hair:

We are committed to using the highest quality hair color available on the market. As our products are ammonia-free, we kindly request that you arrive with clean hair to ensure optimal results and an even application. Thank you for your understanding
